A planning application has been submitted for changes to the approved Block B in village 3.1. This will replace the approved healthcare centre at first floor with 10 affordable apartments and provide a larger community centre at ground floor for use by Kingsbrook Parish Council. The attached letter from NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB explains their changed approach to health care delivery to serve the Kingsbrook development since the planning permission in 2013. A financial contribution is now sought towards off-site provision in lieu of the physical delivery of the health centre on-site. This changed approach has made this planning application necessary.
